Three trustees, one-third of whom shall be elected by the church annually in conference, will hold in trust the property of the church. Trustees are eligible for re-election. They shall have no power to buy, sell, mortgage, lease or transfer any property without a specific vote of the church authorizing each action. The trustees shall execute all contracts, deeds, mortgages or other instruments when authorized to do so by the church in conference. They shall affix their signatures to legal documents involving the sale, mortgage, purchase, or rental of property, or other legal documents where the signatures of trustees are required. They will annually review the adequacy of insurance coverage and recommend any necessary changes to the church.
The current trustees are Joe Hopson (2003), Bob Melton (2004), and Thomas Austell (2005).
