This committee shall consist of five members. It shall be responsible for overseeing the repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of the sanctuary, education buildings, grounds, pastorium, and all other church property. The committee shall:
Periodically inspect and inventory all church property with the exception of the Lord's Supper and kitchen equipment.
Develop and recommend policies for the use of church facilities and equipment with the exception of kitchen facilities.
Develop and recommend a program of preventive maintenance for all church facilities.
Ensure, within budgetary limitations, that all church property is maintained in good condition, giving special attention to neatness, beauty, cleanliness, and attractiveness.
Oversee any remodeling or building projects approved by the church.
The current committee members are Joe Hopson, Pink Poston, Greg Sain, Steve Sarratt, and Betty Warren. Custodian Alan Hardin serves as ex-officio member of this committee.
